Business moves to London
Clarke Architectural & Interior Photography has moved to London to be closer to the action and take advantage of the exciting property market this city offers.
I team up with Savills for the first time to shoot the interiors of this impressive renovated seven bedroom home. This family home is reasonably priced for what it offers being style, space, privacy, land, outbuildings and a staff cottage.
This Victorian terrace with distant sea views has been skilfully restored by local developer LPD. All services are new and the property offers three double bedrooms with luxury finishes plus multiple recption rooms. Not to be missed.
Just outside Dublin photographing Batty Langley Lodge and the Castletown Roundhouse for the Irish landmark Trust. Both properties are heritage rentals and the images submitted are publicity shots for the 2013 season.
I began working with the National Trust for Jersey and conduct a photographic survey of Morel Farm to document condition prior to renovation. I go on to complete four more projects for the Trust throughout 2012.
I team up for the first time with local developer LPD to style and photograph this town house in St.Helier, Jersey Channel islands. Private marketing commences and images are also placed with two local agents.
Local builder developer Chapman Hugo bring Furze Close to market and ask me to produce images to be used by Le Gallais estate agents. Believing that a property appeals more when furnished, I supplied furnishings and accessories and beds were loaned from Simmons & Co.
